PfadR regulated FadA and FadB

In the process of LCFA degradation,the cycles of hydration, oxidation, and thiolytic cleavage are carried out by tetrameric complex consisting of two FadA and two FadB proteins. We assembled FadA and FadB with PfadR (BBa_K861060) hoping they will only be overexpressed when fatty acids concentration is high.
